These Terms and Conditions are issued by Curelia Health s.r.o., ID No. 298 72 804, registered office Studentská 697/4, 160 00 Prague 6, Czech Republic, which operates the heal&there brand and platform. The short version: - We are not a healthcare provider. We do not give medical advice and we do not decide on your treatment. - Your treatment is provided by an independent clinic, in its own name and on its own professional responsibility. - We are not a travel agency. Travel requests are handled by our partner travel agency under its own terms. - We use AI, and we always tell you when. The AI plan is indicative, a person reviews every request, and only a quotation confirmed by the clinic is binding. - Your health data is shared only with your explicit consent, and only with the clinic named to you. - You can withdraw within 14 days, until your booking is confirmed. - Cancellation terms are set by each clinic.
